• Comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations.
• Respond to buyer enquiries professionally.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Verify listings before making purchases.
• Communicate respectfully with sellers.
• Report suspicious listings or fraudulent behaviour.
• Inspect animals or products before completing transactions where possible.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or impersonation.
• Spam or unsolicited advertising.
• Uploading unlawful or offensive content.
• Attempting to interfere with the operation of the website.

6. Fees

Farming Point may offer free listings and paid listing options. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before a listing is published. Future pricing changes will be communicated through the platform.

7. Seller Verification

Verification badges indicate that a seller has completed our verification process. Verification does not guarantee the quality of goods or services and should not replace your own due diligence.

8. Intellectual Property

The Farming Point name, logo, website design and original content are the property of Farming Point and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Farming Point provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. We do not guarantee the quality, condition, health, legality or availability of any animal or product listed on the marketplace. Users are responsible for conducting their own inspections and due diligence before entering into any transaction.

10. Suspension of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

Farming Point may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
